How do you submit?

I posted my project, "Born to Storms", three days ago and have heard nothing. Is there something more I must do to submit?
Also the rules call for a file in .pdf to explain the project more fully. I wrote the file but I see no way to input it. The clock is running. Tom Riley

    I have the same problem. Can't we submit the pdf anywhere?
